Examples are formatting tag fields, performing case conversion, removing unwanted fields, or adjusting embedded cover art to match required sizes. The uninstaller now uses a checkbox to explicitly enable removing of configuration data. Since some of the tasks in managing a digital library are repetitive, Mp3tag allows for combining tasks into action groups, which serve as workflows for keeping consistency and order. Improved handling of Configuration Data when uninstalling The configuration setting to preserve timestamps of modified files has been moved to the General section, the setting to display grid lines in the file view now resides under Appearance. ![]() The configuration settings can now be found at File → Options… and the auto-numbering wizard at Convert → Auto-numbering wizard…. Cleanup in Menus and Configuration Settings All by preserving the functionality that was already there. It also adds the option to reset the disc counter so that this wizard can now run over sets of discs that are not related to each other. The Auto-Numbering Wizard now supports moving on to the next disc and, thus, resetting the track counter when a field changes its value.
